Our fresh food supply chain is intrinsic to our health and well-being. I heard directly from those involved in supply chain management today and how it is being compromised. According to my meeting if these issues are left unchanged it will lead to further inflation of food prices and lack of healthy food on the shelves. The supply chain issues are not over.
