We picked up our study on High Frequency Rail (HFR) in Transportation committee today. I’ve brought this up before, but I don’t understand why an HFR project would not include Windsor. How do we ensure the financial implications are actually going to pay off for Windsor and other Canadians that live beyond the Toronto-Quebec corridor?
