Congratulations to the Town of LaSalle for hosting Rogers Hometown Hockey.
Events such as these build community spirit and promote fellowship.
What a privilege to attend a meet and greet, in LaSalle, with Tara Sloan and Ron McLean from Sportsnets’ Hometown Hockey Tour.
They gave recognition to some big name LaSalle success stories like Luke Willson, Kylie Masse and Jeff Burrows and honoured hometown heroes Ann Bondy and Jimmy Chappus.
I think Tara’s comment “Coming to LaSalle is like a safe haven for us” sums up the warm welcome they received.
Thank you for your continued focus on making this corner of Essex County a strong and vibrant place to live.
