I am at the Historic Essex Railway Station this afternoon along with Essex Fire Chief Rick Arnel and Essex Mayor Larry Snively as celebrity servers for the Downtown Essex Tea Party.
What a way to beat the winter blues by serving those that are making cards and decorating cookies while enjoying the British beverage.
