Ontario family doctors are now offering OHIP covered phone consultations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This resource is a group of Ontario family doctors who started this service as a way to help our community during these difficult times. Their goal is to ensure that all citizens of Ontario everywhere get timely access to high-quality medical care.
“In response to this pandemic, the provincial government is now allowing doctors to see patients by phone and video call. With these this in mind we are now offering physician phone consultations with patients to ensure that people can have their medical conditions assessed in the safety in their homes without the risk of exposure to Covid-19. In times like these, we all need to do everything we can to stop the spread.”
