My amazing team continues to work overtime and go above and beyond during these times.
We meet often to discuss our case load and incoming policy inquiries. I also provide updates to my staff as needed, so we are all up to speed to provide the best service for you.
I want to thank all of you for your patience as we process many phone calls and incoming messages on a wide range of issues on a daily basis.
