Want to win a cool prize pack that includes a Shimano rod and reel, as well as other outdoor goodies? Members of the Conservative Hunting and Angling Caucus are hosting a fun fishing contest this summer!
If you are interested in participating, please contact my office to receive a fishing lure. Use that lure to catch a fish, take a pic and submit! It’s that easy.
Deadline to submit photos is September 5th, 2020 and all photos will fall into the following categories:
- Trout/Salmon
- Pike/Musky
- Bass/Walleye
A panel of fishing experts will be judging the photos submitted and will determine a winner in each category. Winners will be announced on National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day, September 19th, 2020.
RULES: Contest is open to Canadian residents. Participants must follow their local fishing licensing and regulations. There is no limit to how many photos participants can submit, however each photo must include a new fish.
STEPS TO ENTER CONTEST:
- Like the Conservative Hunting and Angling Caucus Facebook and/or Instagram page.
- Use one of the MPs fishing lures and take a picture of your catch with the lure still attached. The MPs name must be visible in the photo.
- Post to social media with #TheBiggestCHAC and tag the Conservative Hunting and Angling Caucus social media in your post or in the photo.
We are looking forward to seeing all of the fishing photos from across Canada!
