Removing Jail Time for Shooters but Criminalizing Airsoft | Mar 24, 2021
While Bill C-21 could literally throw airsoft firearm and paintball owners in jail, Bill C-22 allows criminals and gangs to run free, the same guys that do the drive-by shootings that result in the senseless loss of life.
Mandatory minimums for gun crimes were introduced by the Harper Government. The Liberals propose to eliminate these mandatory sentencing for armed robbery.
During our exchange at 2nd Reading Debate of Bill C-22, I ask the Bloc if they can confirm they support this elimination.
Watch MP Fortin avoid the question.
