Even with all of the current challenges in the auto industry, it is always a positive and efficient meeting with Brian Kingston, President and CEO of the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association (CVMA).
We covered many topics including problems with sales mandates, electric battery regulations, zero-emission vehicles mandate, the global lack of chips and PCR tests at the border.
These and many more issues are impacting our auto industry. I will be speaking into several issues surrounding the auto industry once the House of Commons re-opens.
