Solution to Kingsville Homelessness and Opioid Crisis | Jan 20, 2022
Thank you to Kelsey Coon, Coordinator at the Kingsville BIA for organizing a meeting with Mayor Nelon Santos, Jason Martin, Laura Lucier, Roberta Weston and Amanda Everaert today about issues surrounding homelessness and the opioid crisis in Kingsville.I am meeting more and more with organizations and government officials on these issues.
Thank you to all those who attended for bringing the local perspective to me and informing me of some of the terrible challenges these homeless individuals are facing, what resources we have now, and what is needed going forward.
