Standing for Canadians | April 25, 2022

Over the past two years, the federal government has exercised extraordinary powers to combat COVID-19. As Canadians follow the science, and mandates across the country are being lifted, it is time to get life back to normal, and not introduce new measures that could further infringe on the rights and freedoms of Canadians.

I have stood up for Canadians and voted against this government’s overreach. The Emergencies Act was not necessary to clear the blockades. The government already had all the tools they needed under current Canadian law.

I am opposed to introducing anything like China’s social credit system in Canada.
Conservatives will always protect the individual privacy rights of Canadians and the national sovereignty of Canada.
