International Armed Forces Council | May 5, 2023
It was pleasure to spend time with active and retired members of Canada, American and Polish Armed Forces, in celebration of the International Armed Forces Night 64th Anniversary.
I was pleased to present a certificate in recognition of this milestone to LCol Jim McGhie and Major Roy Embury.
Rear-Admiral (Ret’d) Jennifer J Bennett shared the history of the Canadian Naval Reserve in celebration of its 100th Anniversary. I presented the Rear-Admiral with the King’s Coronation Pin.
It is always good to celebrate with our men and women in uniform but equally as important to remember those that have fallen and their sacrifice for our freedom.
