The Government of Canada launches call for proposals for projects that help youth join the job market.

The Government of Canada is currently inviting project proposals from organizations dedicated to empowering Canadian youth and aiding them in overcoming employment barriers. Through the YESS Program, substantial funding of up to $5 million annually for up to four years, starting in 2024-25, is being made available.

The primary goal is to improve labor market outcomes for young individuals aged 15 to 30. This is a chance for organizations to play a pivotal role in bringing about positive change. The application window is open until November 22, 2023, at 3:59 PM EST.
