Rebuilding Trust in Canada’s Tourism | Oct 21, 2022
Earlier today I met with the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) to talk about the ongoing challenges to our tourism industry.
Now that the mandatory use of #ArriveCAN is over, we have to rebuild people’s trust in Canadian tourism. TIAC wants to do just that, and they say we need more streamlined ways of receiving people at our borders and better infrastructure to get people to where they want to go while they visit Canada. We also need to improve our internal tourism and provide efficient ways for Canadians to enjoy their own country.
