I spent over an hour answering questions and meeting with students in Mrs. Coristine’s grade six class. The students kept me on my toes by asking questions about what it’s like to be an MP, the environment, shoreline protection and economic equality. What a great class!

This morning I attended the 12th Annual Breakfast with the Mayors at Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens to hear what their outlook is for 2020 for Essex County municipalities. I also had the opportunity to connect with local business and other municipal leaders at this event.

I recently met with President Robert Gordon and Vice President Douglas Kneale of the University of Windsor, to talk about how I could partner with them to better serve the Windsor-Essex area. About 70% of students come from the Windsor-Essex area.
